HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!

So sorry I have been missing the last few days.

I had a couple of family shoots and a Homecoming event.

Wow... a lot more then I thought it would be. However, all went well and I think things came out pretty darn nice.

Give you an idea of one of the Families I had the privilege of Photographing this weekend.

It was a lot of fun and we had a ball.

My honey helped me and made it so much easier for me.

 Today, I'm feeling a little depressed. I'm slightly overwhelmed with my photography work.

I have the ability to take photos, but storing and processing them is a nightmare for me.

There are days I just want to put it all away and forget it. But, I enjoy the hunt and the capture of photography. Plus, I've got way too much time and money invested now.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a brighter day.

Next time I promise to serve a little cheese with my whine.

My honey and I took a little road trip from Seattle to Salem Or. On the way we would stop every so often to stretch our legs a little. I took advantage of the time out of the car . Hahaha

Never get to take a road trip that is doesn't rain a little.

We got back home safe and sound and had a great time.

Today is the first of the playoffs. It's a single elimination competition and we won. So , tomorrow, will tell who the champs are...got my fingers crossed.

I am really going to miss baseball. These kids are great.

I had a fun afternoon watching a dear friends daughter playing soccer.

Morgan is very good at it.

she cuts and dives and steals the ball...

I only wish I had a third of that energy...

So far this year my wife and I have had hours of entertainment watching these great kids playing ball.

I don't often vent on my blog, but , today is an exception. Today the kids had this "IDIOT " for an Umpire. 

He shows up looking like " The fly" and spent the whole game standing behind the pitcher... Jerk couldn't find home plate with a GPS navigator.

What an example for the kids...They didn't know if they should play ball  or rap music.

But, I digress. Lets get back to the kids. That's what all this is about. These guys play their little hearts out.

I'm so glad they enjoy seeing my photos .

Today is a quiet day around the house. Our parakeets are still asleep and my honey has decided to sleep in this morning. Even the art work in the living room is still resting....

Yea !!!   I finally finished my one year of Photo a day blog.

I didn't really think I would go this far. But not only do I NOT want to quit now, I am hooked. It isn't so much the adding something each day as much as reading the other remarkable blogs each and every day.

Just too much beauty out there to share.

And way too much yet to learn.
